It is an honour to connect with people and to be invited along their journey to heal. My role as a counsellor is to support and offer different perspectives with the aim to live a life aligned with their own personal values.

I work through a social justice lens with clients from diverse backgrounds. My  approach to therapy is holistic, gentle and collaborative. I focus on people’s own innate resources and strengths. My style is respectful, non-judgemental and empathic.

I offer virtual, phone and walk-and-talk sessions in English, Spanish and French.
